Saket Kumar Mishra is an Electrical Power Systems Engineer with over three years of industry experience, combining a strong academic background with hands-on expertise in advanced power engineering. He holds an MTech in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems Engineering, along with a PGDM in Operations Management. Currently, he is part of the ASPIRE Leadership Development Program at Baker Hughes, where he contributes to projects driving advancements in energy systems and digital transformation, aligned with the organization’s sustainability and net-zero objectives. Prior to this, he gained valuable professional experience working with Intel Corporation and Tata Communications. His core technical interests include smart microgrid systems, green energy technologies, emerging developments in new energy, power system operations, and rural sustainable electrification. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to research and innovation, having authored more than six research papers, secured one Indian design patent, and presented multiple case studies at both national and international conferences.
