He is spearheading the development of Green Hydrogen generation, Green Ammonia Battery and Cell Manufacturing Business for JSW Energy Ltd. He has also led the post acquisition merger of O2 power into JSW Energy Ltd. Mr. Naresh Kumar Lalwani is a Metallurgical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Raipur and holds a Management Degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He brings with him over 28 years of rich experience spanning across functions like Corporate Strategy and Development, Project Management, Operations Management, Business Planning, Technical due diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, Cost Analysis, Green Field expansion and Policy recommendations.
