Mohammadreza Galeban is a Mechanical Engineer and Condition Monitoring Specialist with extensive expertise in vibration analysis (CAT III), rotordynamics, lubrication, and oil degradation diagnostics, including varnish detection and mitigation. He has worked on critical rotating equipment such as gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, generators, and hydro units. Mohammadreza has contributed to turbomachinery research and published work on varnish-related vibration phenomena. He has played a key role in commissioning, reliability enhancement, and failure diagnostics at Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Treating Company, one of the largest gas processing hubs in the Middle East.
