Holding PMP-IIM, CDCS, CDCP, and CNCDP certifications, Today I lead operations across four data centers as IBX Operations Senior Manager and an Electrical SME , Guiding a team of 20 and owning everything from uptime ,process engineering , Digital operation excellence , risk governance and customer operations.
