Ayush Mittal is a senior AI scientist and algorithm architect with over a decade of experience building intelligent systems that run real-world operations — not just chat interfaces, but the decision-making layer behind ranking engines, machine intelligence, and now industrial-grade autonomous agents. An IIT Kanpur alumnus, he currently leads applied research at Noumenal AI Inc, engineering causal world models and self-improving agents that learn continuously and reason about interventions — the foundational architecture for AI that can plan, control, and operate machines and processes, not merely generate text. Previously, as Lead Data Scientist at ShareChat, he architected large-scale ranking and recommendation systems serving 15 million daily users.
