Anbukumar Annadurai is a Defence UAV Systems Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the design, development, integration, testing, and operational deployment of unmanned aerial systems. He currently serves as Manager – System Engineering at Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), where he leads multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for the development and delivery of indigenous defence UAV platforms. His expertise spans systems engineering, aircraft performance optimisation, payload integration, mission systems, verification and validation, and programme execution. He played a key role in the successful development and delivery of a 50 kg-class UAV platform deployed in defence operations, contributing to an approximately 20% improvement in platform endurance. He is passionate about advancing India’s indigenous aerospace and defence capabilities through innovation, rigorous engineering practices, and operational excellence.
