Mahalingam Koushik brings over 20 years of experience in hardware, firmware, and embedded systems across startups and MNCs, including Intel, Harman, and SEDEMAC. He holds degrees from IIT Madras and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. At Chara, he leads all technology development, including the Drive Control Framework (DCF), controller design, and firmware architecture. He has been central to building Chara’s proprietary control algorithms that power its breakthrough motors and controllers. Today, his technical leadership continues to shape how Chara scales its rare-earth-free motor platform across new product lines.
