Mr. Kashish Jain has 8+ years of industry experience, specializing in power system analysis, including large MV and LV motor starting studies, transient analysis for large power plants, relay protection coordination, insulation coordination, and electrical system design. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems). He has contributed to thermal, industrial, and infrastructure projects across India and internationally, with experience in detailed engineering and system studies. Proficient in ETAP, PSCAD, and PSSE. He currently works as Assistant Manager – Electrical at L&T–Sargent & Lundy, delivering reliable and efficient engineering solutions, where he is responsible for delivering quality engineering solution and supports for reliable electrical system design.
