Currently serving as Vice President – Power Plant Operations, he has led large thermal power facilities with a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, reliability, and digital transformation. His expertise spans boilers, turbines, balance of plant, and high-capacity electrical systems supporting energy-intensive industries. Sudipta has completed the “Driving Growth – The CXO Program” from XLRI Jamshedpur and actively contributes to leadership development, technology adoption, and sustainable energy practices.
